Blueprint WGBS data explanation

Hi All,

I am trying to download Blueprint GWBS dataset. However, I am quite confuse that for each WGBS records in

http://epigenomesportal.ca/ihec/download.html?as=1&i=3&ctc=1&session=

There will be two files as the following:

C004GD51.CPG_methylation_calls.bs_call.20130415.bw   - ERS206483 - WGB-Seq - signal
C004GD51.CPG_methylation_sd.bs_call.20130415.bw      - ERS206483 - WGB-Seq - signa

Any one can tell me what's the difference between these two files.

Answer: these are Blueprint tracks and I believe the second one is the standard deviation.

But I am not sure whether it is right or not. It should be validated by Blueprint project.
