Mature peptid prediction in viral polyproteins
Hi, I'm searching for a robust mature peptid prediction tool for new viral polyproteins. I've tried a number of algo's like SignalIP, NetOGlyc, sigcleave, interproscan, Philius etc with very different results... Any idea?
