how to plot heatmap for modules in wgcna
hi i am using wgcna in R , and identified modules response to 10 biological conditions. then, iwant to make a heatplot for module eigengene (ME) of specific module with eigen gene expression in barplot. i want to plot graph like this http://www.plantphysiol.org/content/161/4/1783/F4.expansion.html. can any one help me in this with code.
