ALDEx2 experiment design
Hi
I am trying to use ALDEx2 to analyse a 16S dataset. The experiment design consists of a grouping variable and my variable of interest. Such a design can be easily mentioned using DESeq2. However, finding documentation for such an example using ALDEx2 seems to be hard. Any advise on how to code this data structure for ALDEx2?
