how much percentage of gene fusion from DNA level?
Hi,everyone. I know that gene fusion may produce in DNA level， but sometimes it also happen in RNA level(such as trans-splicing and read-through events between adjacent transcripts ). now I really want to know that how much percentage of gene fusion from DNA level? Thanks!
