The GATB-Core library is a free and open-source high performance tool providing efficient data structures and algorithms to decypher NGS reads by means of kmers, de Bruijn graphs, hash tables, etc. This library has already been used to design read correctors, assemblers, SNP callers, etc.

In order to enable "newbies" to GATB to lean the principles of using it, we have setup a new tutorial that can be fully used online with a simple web browser. In that way, you can start tutorial trails without the need of installing GATB-Core and its dependencies, a c++ compiler, etc.

You can start the learning trails from https://gatb.inria.fr/gatb-programming-tutorial/
