Can not import Blast search result on Genius to MEGAN6
I am trying to analyze NGS data.
- I receive NGS data.
- I de novo assembled them in Geneious, resulted in 8000 contigs.
- I blast all contains in Genious.
- Now I have 8000 blast results in Genious. I would like to transfer this data to MEGAN to analyze.
I am having a problem to transfer blast results in Genous to MEGAN. I do not know which file type I should export in genious.... I stuck here over 3 weeks... any help would be appreciated!

I've exported Geneious BLAST results in .txt, .xml, and .sam. None of these worked with "Import BLAST" in MEGAN. Interested to see if this gets solved.
