I want to get the bed files for Cancer Associated Frequent Copy Number Gain Regions (CAFCNGR), which was considered as frequent or cancer related copy number variation (Gain and Deletion). Is there any such database or any paper have solved this problem and take it as the Supplementary Table. I am quite interesting in CNG (copy number variation of gain). if you have any suggestion.
