Hello everybody,

I am new to ABySS, trying to run abyss-sealer as stand-alone application on a scaffold already built by a different software. I downloaded the latest version of ABySS (2.0.2). However, I'm having trouble for finding (and executing) abyss-sealer. I've seen most applications located within abyss-2.0.2/bin (e.g. abyss-pe, abyss-bowtie, etc). However, I cannot find abyss-sealer. There is a abyss-sealer.1 in abyss-2.0.2/Sealer but it won't execute. I tried adding to my PATH both abyss-2.0.2 directory and abyss.2.0.2/Sealer directory but it doesn't work either.

I hope to run the following command on it:

abyss-sealer -P10 -k90 -k80 -k70 -k60 -k50 -40 -30 -o Pinustest -S TFD1311_cpDNAscaffold.fasta TFD1311paired1.fasta TFD1311paired2.fasta

I am sorry if my post is too basic, but I havent' find any clue in the abyss/Sealer page nor in the Google Group forum, so any help will be welcome!
