Hello,

I was wondering if there is a way in PLINK to retrieve the list of subject that has been included in the analysis. For instance, after all the selections made with attributes, covariates,etc. the subjects included in the analysis are just some of those in the fam file, is it possible then to have a file in which all the final IDs of subjects included in the analysis are listed? Thanks
