CLC Biomedical / Expression Analysis
Hi,
I want to do RNA seq for expression analysis in chicken.I have two groups (Case and Control) . I want to do the analysis with CLC biomedical work bench. I read the manual but my problem did not solve But i Have some question:
For ref seq CLC in genome annotated with genes and transcripts. , the clc need to input 3 type of sequences:
a: Genome annotated with genes and transcript , b:mRNA track c: Gene track
My question is where can i find the requested options ?

You can get the Chicken genome sequence files and annotation from Ensembl page for the genome. mRNA track and Gene tracks will have to be built in CLC using annotations you can find again at Ensembl.
