Lost sample options in VCFselectsample
Hi,
I'm trying to separate a merged vcf file using VCFselectsample. However, after pulling out the 1st file, then going back to pull out the others, there are "no options" in the select/unselect sample dropdown. I'm fairly new to this, so I'm not sure what's going on. Does anyone have any ideas? Any thoughts are much appreciated!
