the differences between statistical analysis

it is crystal clear that in the experiments with repetition , three types of pvalue according to three types of ststistical analysis : EDGE,t-test and Baggerley test can be used in the step of filtering , but I don't know the differences between them. I don't know which one is better to use.If someone has any information, please let me know. thanks,

Is this any different than what you posted an hour earlier?

BTW, are you using CLC? That's the only thing I've ever seen offering "Baggerley's test".
