NGS has become an integral part of modern day biological research. With the advent of new technologies accompanied with decrease in time and cost for generating the data, NGS offers enormous opportunity for biologist to dive deep into understanding the biological system. However, the quantum of sequencing data has now outpaced computational capabilities and analysis of this data has become the biggest bottleneck. This webinar will focus on the current challenges in NGS data analysis and different approaches to address them.
