Question: Error converting MAP/PED to GEN in Gtools
I am trying to convert map/ped files into gen in Gtools and it keeps failing at the same stage. This is the script and the result. I am using Gtool 0.7.5 - Data Transformation
gtool -P --ped chr17.ped --map chr17.map --og chr17 --os chr17 MAP... Number of SNPs: 1346924 Count Samples... Number of samples: 124 memory...501055728 PED... Segmentation fault (core dumped)
If anyone could help me it would be appreciated. Sultan
