We are happy to use Biostars as forum for our functional genomics BIOS consortium ( http://wiki.bbmri.nl/wiki/BIOS_start- ). In this consortium, over 4000 samples from BBMRI-NL biobanks with in-depth information on disease phenotypes and GWAS data have been enriched with RNA-sequencing and genome-wide DNA methylation data. Data (freeze 1, the rest will follow shortly) is downloadable at EGA (https://www.ebi.ac.uk/ega/studies/EGAS00001001077 ). Any questions concerning data access and processing can be posted here.
