a C code for a multiple sequence alignment (MSA)
For project I have to compare sequences. The fist step is to do a multiple alignment: I have 3 protein sequences. So I am looking for C code to align them. I know there are many online tools to do that (cleustaslw, MUSCLE ...), but what I need is a lightweight C code. thnx
