I am trying to summarize a kaplan meier curve of gene expression at high and low expression vs death. Now I have cox regression , p value and median survival. Do I need to take all these parameters into consideration or just look at median survival value and say that median survival over 10 years is more in high expressed gene. Google search reveals different criteria used to make the point with one consistence pattern that all publications show cox regression , p value and median survival.
