Perl script for analyze sequence

Hi, I would like to know what are the Perl script to use for the question below.

  1. Write a script that read a file containing several proteins sequences in FASTA format (e.g. ecoliProteins.fasta). Then, using a foreach loop a) print only their header lines on the screen`

b) write all the header lines into another output file named headerEcoliProteins.fasta
