BUSCO for transcriptome assessment
Dear All;
I used BUSCO (BUSCO_v1.22) to check my transcriptome assembly produced by Trinity. I received the error below. Has any of you tried to use BUSCO or received the same error?

Did you even google the error message? Because there are solutions given on StackOverflow and here as well.
I did, I mean why the percentages are zero.

Your question literally was about the error. You did not ask why you were getting zeroes at all.
And the answer should be linked to checking long/short annotation names, as in the error. But anyway, you don't need the numbers there, as they are also printed below, e.g. C should be 320/429 = 0.7459, or barely 75%.
