Mapping TCGA Gene ID's to Entrez Gene ID's (TCGA no longer operational ???)

Hi,

This question was asked previously as well but the answers are out-dated now since the TCGA portal is no longer operational. So I have Download the BRCA gene expression dataset and I have an ID like:
Hybridization REF
?|100130426
?|100133144
?|100134869
?|10357
?|10431
?|136542
?|155060
?|26823
?|280660

How can I convert them back to Entrez Gene ID.
