poly(A) tail of mRNA stars with C?

take NM_001135041.2 for example:

polyA_site 4148 /gene="DCTN1" /gene_synonym="DAP-150; DP-150; P135"

But nt at 4148 is C! : caa aaaaaaaaaa aaaaaa

while some don't have a polyA tail: NM_001012632, some seems to be wrong annotated:NM_001012632
