TCGA melanoma brain metastasis

Hi All, I am using the TCGA portal to get mRNA expression data for melanoma brain metastasis with corresponding control tissue samples. How do I get this data?

hi, Download the clinical data and in there is the metastatic_tumor_site coloumn which might in some cases document 'brain'. But in many cases you can see that info is 'NA'

So, I don't know if you can reliably extract metastases info from TCGA Clinical data. But this is from the 2014 data release and I have not checked if in recent releases the clinical data has become more informative or not.
