Are GERP RS scores for a variant specific for the alternate allele or just the region?
I'm using Annovar, and from my understanding, GERP scores are meant for a position, not a specific allele. I want to define the GERP score field as region-based in Annovar.
Edit:
Just gonna post here that every site has one individual GERP score, regardless of what nucleotide is present. But it still has to be defined as filter-based in Annovar for some reason.
