Where can I find CCLE RNAseq BAM files?

Hello,

I'm trying to find where the raw sequencing data from CCLE was relocated after cghub was decommissioned, any pointers will be really helpful.

Ya I looked into the GDC data portal including the legacy archive, which seems to have only TCGA and TARGET (unless I completely missed something).

Email GDC support with this question. Sometimes new links for old data like this are impossible to find directly.

Got a reply from them. They should be adding the CCLE dataset to their archive this month.

Raw sequencing data are available at Sequence Read Archive (SRA) under accession number PRJNA523380
