Hello,

Current, I am learning the cMAP and want to download the CEL raw files (http://www.connectivitymap.org/cmap/cel_file_chunks.jsp).

When I finished the downloading and uncompressed them, I found that there are 1,000 CEL files, not 7,056 CEL files as shown in some papers (Drug-set enrichment analysis: a novel tool to investigate drug mode of action) or website (http://girke.bioinformatics.ucr.edu/longevityTools/mydoc/mydoc_longevityTools_eDRUG_04.html).

Can somebody tell me why? or I am wrong in somewhere.
