Tutorial: COURSE: NGS variant analysis and interpretation for translational research

Just in case anyone is interested in this course given at Instituto Gulbenkian de Ciência (Lisbon), by the Translational Bioinformatics Unit (Spanish National Cancer Research Centre).

The aim of the course is to present a complete computational pipeline for the analysis and interpretation of Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) data such as exome sequencing or targeted panels that are commonly used in the clinic.
