Blat: Assertion 'offset <= inSeq->size' failed

Hi, I have got this error massage blat: dnaseq.c:96: translateSeqN: Assertion 'offset <= inSeq->size' failed while running this command blat -t=dnax -q=prot genome.ctg.fasta ../swissprot.fasta masucra-pep_scaffolder.psl -noHead . How is it possible to fix error?
