Hi all,

I had uploaded some gzip-compressed Illumina PE100 reads files with API. Files were listed at the left panel of the upload page and the files information were all correct. But When I press"next", error shows "unable to get inbox data".

I also tried to click all the files, then all of them were shown at the right side of the page being queued for "sequence stats". That error occurs too. I think the "sequence stats" action should not conflict to the submitting.

I've read the manual and support pages but still fail to solve this problem. Please help. Thanks.
