SVS program for DNA Seq

I am trying to import a VCF file to the SVS program for DNA-seq analysis, however I am unable to create the spreadsheet Allelic Depths (AD), Read Depths (PD) and Genotype Qualities (GQ), besides this AD and GQ does not appear for selected cerem, these characters are needed to perform the next step (quality filters). I would like to know how to create spreadsheets AD, PD and GQ?
