Mendelian Inheritance Rate (CNV)

I have trios and I would like to calculate the number of alleles inherited from mother and father for each proband.

That is to say, I expect each proband to have 0.5 alleles inherited from mother, and 0.5 alleles inherited from father.

PLINK must be able to do this, but I don't see any documentation on Mendelian inheritance for CNV. Besides coding my own script, is there a better solution for this problem?
