I do not know why I get variants called that have 30% or less of heterozigocity, even using ion reporter, why does it keep them? Some variants called are in 18% of the sequences, it has no biological explanation since I am detecting germline mutations and expecting values around 50% Please advice!! Thank you very much!!!
