I am running a RankProduct analysis analyzing multiple expressionsets concatenated into one large expressionset. For this, it is best for all genes to have the same probe across studies so that comparisons can be made across all studies. All of my studies use Illumina probes (i.e., ILMN_....) except one that uses Sentrix probes (i.e., just a numerical identifier). Is there any way to convert between probe ids from different microarrays?
