where to find Escherichia coli ST131 genome

In the description for a certain SRA file, the following expression is mentioned: Goal:Comparative genomics of ExPEC ST131 genomes.

This means that the organism for which NGS was made is e.coli, right? Now, if I need to download the reference genome for e.coli, is "E. coli K-12 MG1655" the same genome that I am looking for? or is this a different version? I found this genome in the following link:

http://www.ecogene.org/old/SequenceDownload.php?genome_name=ECOLI_2&from=1&to=4639675&radio=on

So, I need the reference genome for the SRA file that I have.

thanks

This is the strain from NCBI.

See this post below, you will easily find this strain:

where can I get environmental bacteria genome in fasta format (as many as possible)?

There are many formats inside, but the upper text-file proves that this is the strain you need:

ftp://ftp.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/genomes/all/GCA_000285655.3_EC958.v1/GCA_000285655.3_EC958.v1_assembly_report.txt

The link to the Escherichia coli ST131 genome is below.

ftp://ftp.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/genomes/all/GCA_000285655.3_EC958.v1

You can find the E. coli ST131 genome at this link.
