scoffold level assembly

i assembled my reads in CLC in contig level, Now i want to join contigs to create scoffolds

is there software to do my request? i can not use software like SOAP due to my RAM limitation.

BESST is another scaffolder worth checking out. I personally like it a lot better than SSPACE.
