EGFP under the promoter of Puromycin
Hi All, I want to put my EGFP under the PGK promoter of Puromycin through IRES for mammalian system. I am confused whether I should delete the stop codon of puromycin and put IRES and then EGFP and stop sequences or do not remove the stop codons of puromycin. Please Let me explain how does it work. Thanks
