How to say CLC TRANSFACT TFBS plugin that use just intergenic regions?
Dear All; I want to search the intergenic regions and I use TRANSFAC TFBS plugin in CLC Genomics WB. How to say to this plugin that just refer to intergenic regions and find binding sites in between genes and don't go through the gene area?
