Writing the program for reading ab1 file in swift
I have problem with writing the program in Swift to read the sequencing file of ab1 format. Can somebody explain the meaning of array of short defining the array of peak locations in PLOC tag according to the format specification (http://www6.appliedbiosystems.com/support/software_community/ABIF_File_Format.pdf) . What exactly these locations are and their relation to X and Y coordinates which I need to draw the chromatogram?
