Trouble using Cluster-Buster
Hi everyone !
I'm trying to use a specific tool that is able to find motif in a sequence called cluster-buster : http://zlab.bu.edu/cluster-buster/download.html .
The problem is that, as it's not just a windows sliding analysis, I'm not really sure of how it is working, as I really don't understand the different parameters.
Can someone explain me how cluster-buster work please ?

Perhaps you should check out the publication for Cluster-Bluster. It was last updated in early 2010 unless the code is so perfect that it has not needed any updates since.
