Visualisation of clusters produced by mothur

Hi all, I have a set of bacterial organisms which 16S rRNA genes are clusterized by mothur. I've got the output of a clusterization in the form of a mothur list file. I want to visualise it the same way which is usually used for hierarchical clustering visualization:

The figure you linked errors with "404 Not found".

Correct me if I'm wrong, but your don't have any distance values in that file. Without such information, how would you go about doing hierarchical clustering..
