Venn diagram percentage clarification
Dear All,
I am comparing vcf generated from two different variant callers. I got the following output from venntools.
As per the below output, this is my understanding correct.
Samtools only - 1,370,553 vcf records
varscan only - 113,911 vcf records
samtools and varscan common is - 72,961 vcf records
72961 samtoolsgenerated.vcf.gz (5.1%) varscangenerated.vcf.gz (39.0%)
113911 varscangenerated.vcf.gz (61.0%)
1370553 samtoolsgenerated.vcf.gz (94.9%)
How to interpret the percentage? and How did they arrive at it?

There's not exactly much to interpret there. What don't you understand from what you posted?
