Hi

I have a file which lists all of my isolates and their regions of recombination, eg;

Vp877 157701 157707

Vp989 2736332 2736340

Vp001 866604 866615

Vp345 1762097 1762109

Vp234 4537342 4537354

....

I have also annotated each of these isolates using Prokka.

I was wondering if there was a way in which I could determine which genes are contained within each of these recombining regions? -- and thus annotate my recombining regions.

Thanks
