Question: R Package to Plot Individual Mutation Scatterplots?
I have been looking for an R package that does a scatterplot for individual mutations for multiple samples/patients for a single gene. Basically, I want a PNG version of this figure from TumorPortal.
We don't want lolliplots, since we are interested in visualizing individual mutations. We aren't necessarily interested in incorporating genomic release structures or protein domain information but would not be adverse to such.
Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks!
