Library preparation for Ion Torrent Platforms
I was preparing Sequence library for Ion Torrent Platforms. and I have one strange result when performing the library QC check.
I have two biological samples. When using 4200TapeStation to check the quality of libraries:
one sample displayed one continuous band center at 300bps, spanning from 200bps to roughly 400bps.
the other sample displayed sort of strange band pattern (several discrete sharp bands, 91, 140, 178,210, 252,290,327) Dose anyone have any idea about what might go wrong?
