Can I use XHMM to detect somatic CNV?

I am trying to identify somatic CNV from paired samples. Each patient provides 2 samples, blood and tumor, and I need to get a list somatic CNVs. Can XHMM do this jobs? Seems like XHMM can only identify germline?
