I'm working on Protein complex detections on human PPI network. Kindly suggest where to find flat files containing protein complexe benchmarks. CORUM doesn't provide flat files with all complexes.
Eg. a file containing protein complexes where each row is a complex and contain the collection gene names that corresponds to the complex. Like those available in SGD, MIPS databases etc

Look at Reactome data here. The protein-protein interaction data has interaction types including direct complex and indirect complex. Check the definitions in the associated README file.

IntAct Molecular Interaction Database at the EMBL-EBI provides access to publicly available interaction data. Perhaps they would provide the files you are after? Check their FTP or contact them for more details.
