Where Can I download Less Common Genomes?

Hello,

I've been using UCSC for a while now, but I would like two genomes which I can index which are not on UCSC, specifically mycoplasma and porcine masta adenovirus 5. I'd like to download the fasta files, like mm10.fa.

I cannot find these in Google searches.

What about GenBank ? Here is Mycoplasma pneumoniae M129 and here porcine adenovirus 5.

Try Ensembl Bacteria for Mycoplasma pneumoniae M129. This is the DNA fasta file for M. pneumoniae. Additional files are also available on their FTP.
