Is it reasonable to use Single-cell RNA-Seq data to analysis lncRNA，like discover novel lncRNA？ I go through some article related to single cell and lncrna， but they are using bulk data to discover novel lncRNA and using Single-cell data to do the following steps. Thanks for your help.

For discovering novel lncRNA, you may consider RNA-seq more than 100M reads, because the low abundance of lncRNAs. If you just consider lncRNA profiling, Arraystar has the lncRNA array services. http://www.arraystar.com/lncrna-array-service/
