Equivalent To Price Per Base In Massspec Peptide Fragment Sequencing?

Does anybody know of an equivalent to the price per base measure in DNA sequencing in the field of protein sequencing by MassSpec peptide fragment identification? If so, what is the price per aminoacid in the most modern highest throughput machine on the market today?
