The denovo assembler Discovar outputs various files, one of them being .lines.fasta. According to their webpage the *.lines.fasta contains 'flattend lines*'.

Question

1. Is sequence in flattend_line_0 followed by the sequence in flattend_line_1?
2. In general, do we know the complete ordering of flattend_lines? If yes, then why not have a single flattend_line? If not, do we have partial information about the ordering?
